Mila
Mila (Moira) Mila is a beautiful 2 year old 40ish pound Shepherd Husky cross looking for her perfect activity partner to get outside and play with. She is an incredibly fit and energetic K9 who missed her first couple years of development due to bad circumstances, and is now ready to make up for that lost time. She is very well mannered, has the friendly thing down pat, and sleeps the entire night away at the end of the bed. Potty trained, she has been left alone briefly with nothing damaged in the house, but did chew on an extension cord after a month of not chewing on it…shocking Hasn’t chewed one since. She has packed off leash with a crew of dogs, ran through the trees following the leader while chasing rabbits at the same time, taken on the toughest of the pack to wrestle with, and never quit while she was loosing! She has a huge heart and soul, and she fits in quickly with other good dogs…Mila has a great vibe and everyone she crossed paths with remembered her by name the next time, she makes good impressions! She loves the finer foods, her kibble is Performatrin Ultra reduced ingredient Sweet Potato & Venison, and she free feed’s from an endless bowl because she really prefers the frozen herring from Big Country Raw, though the sardines are also delicious…beef liver treats, sweets like Tim bits, Marrow bones…she appreciates them all. She loves the car, does really good at the dog park, is most curious about the smaller dogs and greets new arrivals with her wagging tail and kisses. Mila is very easy to be accountable for as she never causes problems at the park or in the neighborhood…she is a husky, as long as temptations like open garbage, etc. are not around she is happily within her boundaries. She is moderately vocal, barks at the right times and places, but otherwise the noises she makes are very tolerable and I always enjoyed hearing her letting me know that the deer were back in the yard Mila gets excited, she is a little jumpy when greeting people and likes to use her mouth as she plays with you…missing her puppyhood does that, so there are some minor corrections required with Mila but as someone who fosters lots of dogs she is absolutely worth investing in and I hope her Bio makes you curious about this brave young lady!
