Emergency Foster or Foster to Adopt

This is Harley. He is a 9 year old male, neutered Chihuahua. Unfortunately Harley’s owner is no longer able to care for him. This is a sweet boy who is looking for a new forever home. Harley would love to live in a quiet home possibly with another vibrant senior. He likes other dogs but is slowing losing his hearing so he can be startled. Due to his age, we will not rehome him to a family with young children. Harley is not house trained but likes to be outside so I am sure he is trainable. He does have arthritis and will need Metacam for the rest of his life. He enjoyed running in the yard but cannot do stairs. He is approximately 11lbs.
